Andy Martin, the Executive Director of the Stop Obama Coalition, has filed a lawsuit to release the records, arguing that the tangible interest in the records includes the American people because of the Constitutional requirements for citizenship on a presidential candidate. He received a schedule for hearing from Hawaii Circuit Court Judge Bert I Ayabe Wednesday. The hearing in Martin vs. Lingle, First Circuit for Honolulu, No. 08-1-2147-10 is set for Nov. 18.

Update on the madness......(This story was carried by both major Honolulu newspapers today 11-1-08)
Hawaii state health director Fukino says that she and the vital statistics registrar have have personally seen and verified Obama's mystery birth certificate, but here's the catch....no one else is allowed to see it.

(second article above):
A hearing is scheduled for Nov. 18 on the birth Certificate lawsuit filed in Hawaii by Martin. The date is conveniently after the scripted election of course, at which time apparently the judge will determine whether anybody else can ever take a look at the document in question. All post-election....after the fact.
In the meantime....trust more insiders...and another judge who can easily slam the door shut at any time. And why should anybody expect any other outcome?
No word from the U.S. Supreme Court and the Berg case yet.
It's just gets more and more bizzare in the make believe world of 'Election 2008'.
