Claimed 40% HIV Rise and 'Purpose Driven' Connection?

U.S. Underestimated New HIV Cases by 40 Percent
"ATLANTA (AP) - The number of Americans infected by the AIDS virus each year is much higher than the government has been estimating, U.S. health officials reported, acknowledging that their numbers have understated the level of the epidemic."

"Last week, President Bush signed a $48 billion global AIDS bill to continue a program that he called "the largest commitment by any nation to combat a single disease in human history."

"The new estimate is "evidence of a failure by government and society to do what it takes to control the epidemic," said Julie Davids, executive director of the Community HIV/AIDS Mobilization Project."

Whether more funding comes or not, the revised estimate clearly is a "wake-up call to scale things up," said Dr. Kevin Fenton, who oversees CDC's prevention efforts for HIV/AIDS."

Now compare the excerpted quotes from the above article with the excerpted quotes from this (previously posted) article: 'One World Church' Rising From The Earth
(6-1-08) "Religion is as important in this century as political ideology was in the last, Blair said. The Tony Blair Faith Foundation will fight extremism, organize faith groups against poverty and illness, and educate people worldwide about religions other than their own, he said."

"The group's advisory council includes evangelical megapastor Rick Warren, who with his wife, Kay, advocates for HIV/AIDS victims worldwide"

re: 'failure by government and society to do what it takes', 'wake up call to scale things up'

Is it not an amazing coincidence that U.S. health officials are now making such 'alarming' statements..i.e. "40% underestimated"...about the so-called AIDS epidemic, and Bush just last week committed $48 billion to the cause, and these things just little more than two months after the launching of both the "Tony Blair Foundation" for organizing religions and 'purpose-driven' Rick Warren's global religion-merging venture, disguised as a 'global aids program'? (see 'one world church' quote above)
No, there can in no way be any coincidence here, the whole thing is in fact quite transparent. Making a quick assessment of the available information provides a very clear picture. According to "Julie Davids, executive director of the Community HIV/AIDS Mobilization Project", what we have here is a "failure by government and society to do what it takes", and "Dr. Kevin Fenton, who oversees CDC's prevention efforts for HIV/AIDS" adds, "the revised estimate clearly is a 'wake-up call to scale things up'".
No, it can be no coincidence that these two are saying the exact same thing as the Tony Blair's and the Rick Warren's who would have the world's religions "wake up" and merge to become the world's social-workers for their "3-legged stool" global-management-system. As government and society have failed, as they too are saying, the 'church' and 'faith groups' of the world are alone able to pick up the slack, and so then must "scale things up" and themselves 'become the solution'. To quote Julie Davids, "to do what it takes".
Interestingly enough, Warren has that all figured out. 'Mobilization' of "one billion Christians" is Warren's agenda (see: global 'Purpose Driven' delusion officially launched /5-26-08), dovetailing perfectly with Julie David's HIV/AIDs "Mobilization Project". Global social worker? ...it's your 'purpose' for living, Christian, as the Warren gospel goes.
Blair has been blowing his own 'wake up' trumpet for some time now too. see: blair/world-wide-awakening call
It appears that this will prove to be a perfectly choreographed part of the overall plan to phase in the Warren so-called P.E.A.C.E. 'purpose plan' and the Blair 'faith organizing plan'...to the tune of $48 billion. That's an awful lot of 'grant' money to entice would be participants join the 'cause'.
The 'beast' is stretching his arms and starting to rise to his feet.
